Who is gathering your information

When you use virtual content stored on executive-coaching.co.uk domain, The Executive Coaching Consultancy Ltd (ECC) is collecting data about your activity on the system and contact details, if you provide them – ECC is the data controller.

The information we gather

ECC and authorised third parties will only process your personal information where we have a lawful basis to do so. We always minimise the information we collect to what is necessary to provide you with the service you require.  The lawful basis for processing may differ depending on which of our digital services you use.

The information we collect

We only collect identifiable personal data or information that you voluntarily provide to us. We ask for information such as, full name, email address, etc. in order to help us supply you with the service you require.

  • Enquire for more information from us
  • Sign up to our distribution list
  • Supply us with more information outside of a request

You are also able to send emails to us through the website by contacting: info@executive-coaching.co.uk. Your messages will contain your user name, email address, as well as any additional information you may wish to include.

The collected data is processed in our HubSpot CRM database. The database enables ECC to provide you with information relevant to your request. HubSpot security credentials include; adhering to GDPR requirements, ISO 27001, privacy shield, SOC2 & 3, amongst others. Further information can be found in the HubSpot Trust Centre.

 

What do we do with the information we gather, and why?

We use the information you have voluntarily provided to us to understand your needs and provide you with the service you require.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we use this information to send you updates to the topics you’ve chosen, and other correspondence which may relate to you. The details you provide will be stored in our Hubspot CRM database which is accessed only on a Need-to-Know Basis. You can always unsubscribe directly from our newsletters or by emailing us: info@executive-coaching.co.uk.

If you complete our contact form, we will use this information to connect with you in regards to your enquiry. The information you provide to us will be transferred via email and will then be stored in our database.

We will not disclose information, that identifies you to any other third parties unless we have your prior consent or unless required by law, local regulators or law enforcement officers.

We may also use the information you have provided to track your activity on the website. We do this in order to have a better understanding of how visitors use the site. We use the CRM HubSpot and Google Analytics software to store and review tracking information.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we use services consistent with current best industry standards to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
