How ECC Supports Fight Forward to Empower Women

ECC is proud to be a supporting sponsor of Fight Forward, a program that trains women in boxing and life skills. Our partnership started in 2023 and we sponsor 3 women who are mentored by former Gold medallist Lesley Sackey. We share a vision of empowering women by helping them overcome a system that has historically been unfair to them.

Our contribution is to provide them with what we do best: the power of coaching. Coaching helps them develop their confidence, resilience, and leadership skills, while boxing helps them unleash their physical and mental strength. Together, we are fighting for a better future for women.

Under the guidance of former Gold medallist Lesley Sackey, 10 women undertook an intense 12-week journey culminating in an electrifying showcase of their boxing skills and transformation. 3 of which were sponsored by The Executive Coaching Consultancy.
