The Executive Coaching Consultancy’s Professional Coach Recognition Programme (PCRP) is a robust, professional and practical route to gain the skills, experience and confidence to become successful executive coaches.
PCRP is highly experiential, underpinned by sound psychological theory and deliberately run with small cohorts to provide a high touch approach. We have designed the programme to be flexible and to fit around people's busy lives. We work with each individual coach on the programme to help capitalise on their growing experience and hone their coaching style.
Our experienced coaches and coaching supervisors will ensure a very personal and tailored journey to coach accreditation. The rigorous assessment gives participants, organisations and clients confidence in professional and ethical practice.
PCRP is recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and Accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC).

"I recouped the investment in ECC’s coach training programme within months of starting the course, because I was able to deliver and organise high quality executive coaching for our key senior talent. This has been so effective that we are now focussing on setting up a more wide-spread internal coaching approach. Return on Investment in less than a year – Thank you ECC.”CFO, Major Civil Engineering Group
"The programme works well for busy executives as it is phased over ten months allowing for time to apply learning in-between each session. The programme gave me real confidence in my coaching and a strong foundation to build on."CEO, Consultancy/Training Business
