Executive Coach

Tiffany is an executive coach and former EY director with 20+ years’ experience coaching and developing executives globally. She helps leaders overcome challenges, enhance performance, and navigate corporate and organisational change.

Country: United States

Sector experience: Professional services, financial services

Background

An American native who has been working and living in London since 2002, Tiffany spent over 20 years at EY as a director focused on coaching, facilitating, and delivering learning to thousands of executives across the globe.  She also spent 6 years as an auditor for clients, such as British Airways, McDonald’s, lastminute.com and several not-for-profit organizations.  Tiffany balances her extensive experiences in the high-pressure corporate environment with her coaching expertise to help people clear obstacles so tomorrow is better.

Coaching Style

Tiffany makes quick connections with people and her warm, empathetic style puts them at ease to open up and share how they are feeling.  While she focuses on listening, Tiffany is often told she has a nice, direct assertive approach that tends to “cut through the noise,” challenging her clients by holding a mirror up to them using their own words.  She tends to use a solution focused approach and get clients to focus on a couple of small actions which can make the biggest difference in their lives.

Tiffany was an excellent coach throughout the entire process, helping me understand what to prioritize and consider before going on maternity leave as well as offering invaluable advice before and after I returned to work. I am so grateful we were paired together as this experience gave me reassurance and confidence about my relationship with work as a first time mum. Thanks Tiffany!
