Suzanne Voo

Suzanne is an executive coach with 20+ years in the professional services sector, primarily focusing on business development in the legal industry. She worked with lawyers to build strong client relationships, win new business and engage in strategic planning. She also successfully led and rebuilt under-resourced teams through organisational and leadership transitions.

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, Suzanne realised there’s more to life than just chasing the next promotion. She eventually took on executive coaching to make a more meaningful and positive impact on others. She enjoys connecting with people and has also facilitated trainings/workshops to help clients to developing leadership skills, navigate leadership transitions and improve team dynamics.

Suzanne’s corporate background has exposed her to diverse life experiences – working in fast-paced environments, navigating leadership transitions, experiencing burnout and dealing with the challenges of a working mother. With these rich experiences, she hopes to better understand and support her coaching clients, particularly as they navigate through these areas.
