Shalini’s clients describe her as having a calm presence, enabling them to leave their fast-paced world outside and move into a different space where high quality thinking can happen. Shalini believes that every coachee has their own answers within themselves – and that her role is to partner with them, offering space, support and constructive challenge – so they connect with their own wisdom. She focusses on how clients will use what they have learned through coaching to reach their work and life goals, and what they are learning about themselves. Shalini’s knowledge of working in client facing roles as a lawyer and as a consultant, as well as working in business roles, gives her a rich understanding of the wider systems that her clients operate in and underpins her work as an executive coach.

My coaching with Shalini was extremely powerful. She is really good at asking questions. She was able to help me go beyond the apparent need/task and help me uncover the deeper values and feelings that were at the heart of the issues I wanted to work on.
Shalini was a great help whilst I was settling in my new role and helped me gain more confidence and navigate challenging meetings. I found she has very good skills, and acts as a pragmatic and empowering coach. I'm grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to transform their career or reach new personal goals.
