Naheed Majid
Executive Coach
Prior to commencing her coaching practice Naheed developed her coaching skills within the media and publishing industry in various HR roles leading HR projects and supporting organisational change programmes. She has worked both in-house and on an independent basis on a variety of change programmes achieving positive outcomes through adopting a coaching approach. This enabled her to work collaboratively with her clients and build effective relationships, as well as stimulate creative thinking and support her clients to develop successful project outcomes.
Coaching Style
Naheed enjoys working with her clients to gain a deeper understanding of how they see themselves and how they want to move forward. She gives them the space to explore options and the encouragement and support to confidently identify solutions and feel accountable for their actions. Clients appreciate her intuitive questioning and calm, supportive presence.
