Background

Lisa Sennhauser-Kelly, leveraged her leadership and life experiences into becoming an executive coach, with the goal to improve one corporate leader at a time.

"I gained more than 30 years corporate experience in 3 continents – Australia, USA and Europe – with companies including Commonwealth Bank, KPMG, Black & Decker, and UBS. My last corporate role was as CFO of Equatex Global, a PE owned spinoff of UBS which grew rapidly prior to ultimate sale to ComputerShare.

Once I learned to be my authentic self, and not try to emulate others, I was successful. I was promoted to Executive Director then also Managing Director in UBS despite being from a different culture, being female, and juggling a young family. I have a passion for passing on my learnings to others who are also seeking to thrive and perform, professionally and personally. I also have a passion to learn, and in addition to learning from my coachees, and my original Chartered Accountancy and Swiss Finance Institute certifications, I am now proud to be an ICF accredited coach at PCC level, an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level and a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centred Coach."

Both from my personal experience of ECC's approach, and from seeing the impact on our company I can particularly recommend their pragmatic approach and their insight into our collective and individual needs.

The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
