Having held executive leadership roles across global Life Sciences organisations, Hema understands the operational, strategic and leadership demands that come with delivering in highly regulated environments. Hema spent 20 years leading complex international programmes across pharmaceutical research, diagnostics and health technologies. She now works with C-suite executives, senior leaders and high-potential professionals to strengthen leadership judgement, organisational influence and sustainable performance under pressure.

Background & Experience

Before establishing her coaching practice, Hema built her career in global project management and operations leadership within clinical research and the wider pharmaceutical sector. She partnered with leading experts across patient healthcare, leading international teams and delivering large-scale programmes in fast-moving, high-accountability environments. This experience gives her a strong understanding of the pace, scrutiny and complexity senior leaders face when balancing operational delivery, stakeholder expectations and organisational change.

Qualifications & Credentials

Hema is accredited as an Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching (AC). Her qualifications include certification in Business Coaching and Lean Six Sigma alongside a degree in Medical Biochemistry, which continues to inform her perspective on leadership, resilience and performance in highly demanding environments.
