Background & Experience
Before becoming an executive coach, Hannah spent 13 years as a Partner at EY, specialising in insurance tax. Alongside leading the firm's UK and European insurance tax teams, she managed major multi-jurisdictional projects and large client account teams in one of the most intellectually demanding areas of professional services. Throughout her career she developed a strong reputation for mentoring and developing people, supporting progression from graduate level through to partnership. She has also experienced the realities of combining senior leadership with parenthood, working part-time for much of her time as a partner.

Hannah works with senior leaders, partners and high-potential professionals, particularly those operating in technically complex or highly regulated environments. She is especially effective with leaders stepping into broader leadership roles, balancing delivery with people leadership or navigating the competing demands of career progression and family life. Alongside her wider executive coaching practice, she has a particular interest in supporting working parents and helping women sustain ambitious careers while leading fulfilling lives.

With a background in mathematics and complex advisory work, she particularly enjoys working with intellectually curious leaders, helping them broaden their perspective, reconnect with their ambitions and translate insight into meaningful action.

Qualifications & Credentials
Hannah is a member of the Association for Coaching and has completed the Professional Coach Recognition Programme (PCRP), accredited by the Association for Coaching and recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management. Her qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
