Qualifications & Credentials
Gemma is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). Her qualifications include an MSc in Applied Coaching and Positive Psychology from the University of East London, awarded with First Class Honours, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching from the University of Chester. She is also an accredited Core Strengths SDI facilitator.
