Clare was able to help me to identify a course of actions and strategy to allow me to focus on what I want to achieve and how I should get there. Aside from her skill as a coach, Clare is also a considered and considerate person, pushing where needed to get you out of your comfort zone. It was a genuine pleasure working with her.
I found my ECC coaching sessions incredibly valuable – for the unique and necessary space I was seeking as a sole proprietor to feel heard, understood and connected to a peer in business. My coaching experience provided a safe space where I could be the real me, and provided a relationship I could truly trust. Thank you ECC.
