What is particularly effective with Ayman is that in the first instance he ‘gets’ people and hence what is important (and subsequently not important / a distraction) to individuals, which combined with a truly non judgemental approach and broad business background and acumen, tends to lead to useful and meaningful discussions, advice and direction. I would certainly recommend using Ayman as a professional or personal coach.

I previously experienced high levels of negative self-talk at work which made it difficult to communicate with people and move projects forward successfully. Ayman helped me to discover why this was happening and to create a toolbox to put constructive processes into place.
