Background & Experience
Ayman built his corporate career in senior commercial roles at Mars, PepsiCo and Nestlé, developing extensive experience of leading people and businesses within large, fast-moving global organisations. He has first-hand understanding of the pressures leaders face when balancing commercial targets, organisational priorities and the demands of leading and developing teams.
Alongside his commercial leadership experience, Ayman has developed particular expertise in Diversity & Inclusion leadership. He brings this perspective into his coaching, helping leaders consider how their behaviours, decisions and leadership approach affect both performance and the environment they create for others.
Who Ayman Works With
Ayman coaches senior leaders, board-level executives and high-potential individuals at important stages of their careers. His work includes preparing leaders for senior and board-level roles, defining purpose and vision, building resilience and supporting career transitions. He also works with individuals returning to work following an extended absence, helping them rebuild momentum and manage the transition back into demanding roles.
Team coaching is a significant part of Ayman's practice. Having led teams extensively throughout his corporate career, he works with senior teams to improve how they operate together, address barriers to performance and build the collective capability required to deliver against organisational priorities.

Qualifications & Credentials
Ayman is an EMCC-accredited Coach Mentor and holds a Diploma in Professional Coach Mentoring from The OCM. His continued professional development includes Yale University's The Science of Well-Being.
