Valeria is an Occupational Psychologist who has worked in the financial services sector as a Talent Development expert, across several European and American investment banks: Commerzbank, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, and most recently Goldman Sachs.
Valeria’s career spans over 20 years: she covered different roles which enabled her to advise senior executives on human capital strategy and organisational development for a variety of internal divisions.
During her time at Morgan Stanley, Valeria was responsible for Management and Leadership Development offerings in EMEA and practised as an internal coach.
Most recently, she was an internal coach and consultant for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, supporting the Sales team by offering value-add services to its top global clients including wealth managers, private bankers, financial advisors and institutional clients.
