Before becoming an executive coach, Roxanne held roles across the advertising industry, including Head of Media at Coca-Cola as maternity cover, before becoming Managing Partner at Vizeum UK. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the tensions leaders face between delivering results and creating cultures where people feel valued, challenged and able to perform at their best.

Alongside her executive coaching, Roxanne works closely with HR and Learning & Development leaders to design leadership programmes that embed lasting behavioural and cultural change.

Qualifications & Credentials
Roxanne is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), ORSC-trained in Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching, and a Certified Dare to Lead™ and Daring Way™ Facilitator, bringing deep expertise in leadership, team dynamics and courageous leadership.
Her qualifications also include a Diploma in Applied NLP: Autism Coaching and an AI Competency certification from Mindstone, reflecting her ongoing commitment to understanding the evolving leadership landscape and the role of emerging technologies in organisational development.
