Like most, I found the prospect and process of returning to work after having my baby a daunting one. However, this process was significantly eased by the support I received from Kerrith. I absolutely believe that this type of external input with regard to all aspects of working both whilst pregnant and with young children is vital to ensuring the return to work is a positive experience for all. Kerrith provided advice with regard to both practical and professional matters and assisted in my understanding of myself and the value I could bring.

An amazing resource to new/returning mothers, giving them the space to think about what they want from their life/careers once they become working parents. This experience has provided me with an amazing coach, Kerrith, who has been a supportive and constant comfort to me during the transition of having both of my children, while trying to maintain a career. Kerrith has challenged me and helped me unpick things. I am very grateful for having access to such a valuable resource. Thank you Kerrith for being there for me during this transformative stage in my life!
