Anna Springett

Executive Coach

Anna Springett empowers leaders to navigate complexity and enhance their impact within organizations through thoughtful and practical coaching.

Country: Ireland

Sector experience: Financial Services, Healthcare, Professional Sport

Anna works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, change and increasing organisational demands. A Chartered Psychologist and executive coach with more than 25 years’ experience, she helps leaders strengthen their judgement, relationships and impact within complex organisational systems.

Background & Experience

Anna began her career in Learning and Development at Barclays Bank, before becoming a consultant psychologist and an executive and team coach across a variety of sectors. This combination of corporate and consulting experience gives her a strong understanding of leadership behaviour and the realities organisations and senior leaders face under pressure.

Who Anna Works With

Anna works as an executive and team coach across a broad range of sectors including financial services, fintech, telecoms, management consultancy, energy, manufacturing, education, healthcare, elite sport and technology start-ups. She has worked extensively with senior leadership teams, ExCo members and professional services firms, supporting leaders operating in environments where organisational complexity, stakeholder expectations and pressure to deliver are significant.

Anna is particularly interested in how leaders and teams connect individual and shared purpose within their wider organisational context. She is especially effective with leaders navigating transition, increasing responsibility or broader organisational influence.

Coaching Style

Her coaching style is thoughtful, perceptive and non-directive, combining deep listening with constructive challenge. Clients value the reflective space she creates, helping them explore new perspectives, think more expansively and make greater sense of the complexity around them. While grounded in psychology, Anna’s work remains highly practical and relevant to the realities leaders face within organisations. Her work often focuses on the relational and systemic factors that influence leadership effectiveness, including trust, psychological safety, emotional containment and the unspoken dynamics that can either support or undermine team performance.

Clients

Anna works with leaders across organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Premier League football and multiple NHS organisations.

Anna is a Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, Registered Occupational Psychologist and EMCC Global Master Coach.
