Background & Experience

Before becoming a full-time coach and consultant, Jo held senior UK and EMEA People and Talent Development roles across Financial Services, Retail and FMCG. She moved into coaching after seeing the tangible difference it made —stronger confidence, clearer leadership and better business outcomes. That impact and passion continue to drive her work today.

Who Jo Works with

Jo now partners with leaders, leadership teams and exec boards across multiple sectors. Every programme is tailored to their purpose, strategy and context. Whether developing leadership capability, strengthening team dynamics, navigating change or improving cross-organisation collaboration, Jo focuses on what will move performance forward and create sustainable value.

Coaching Phiolosophy

Jo believes leaders thrive when they are self-aware, inclusive and intentionally adaptive and she partners with them to get greater clarity and understanding of their leadership impact, identify what accelerates their success and address what holds them back, enabling them to lead with greater clarity, confidence and consistency.

Working with Teams

With leadership teams and boards, Jo supports them to define shared purpose and priorities, build trust, strengthen communication and improve the dynamics that shape collective performance. Her work helps teams operate with greater cohesion, pace and alignment.

Coaching Style

Her style is warm and straightforward, warm and energising. Jo combines commercial insight with honest, constructive challenge. Clients tell her she helps them think more strategically, work more effectively with others and take action that drives real organisational impact.

The coaching I received from Jo has been truly invaluable. She provided a supportive and safe space where I could openly share my concerns and work through the challenges of returning to work after having my first child. Jo is an exceptional listener, and her ability to uncover the root of my concerns while guiding me through practical scenarios to address them was remarkable.
Coachee
The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
