Why we need to Rethink Leadership Development of Executive Women

Welcome to Episode 5 of Shifting the Needle, our DE&I podcast presented by CEO & Master Executive Coach Geraldine Gallacher.

We’re delighted to welcome Jennifer Petriglieri back to our Shifting the Needle podcast to move the conversation on from ‘dual-career couples’ in episode 4, to why we need to rethink leadership development of executive women, how it’s not about ‘fixing the women’, and why marginal flexibility is a good thing. Listen to the new episode on Women’s Leadership Development here or watch the video above.

Featuring Jennifer Petriglieri who is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD and the author of Couples That Work, a book about how working couples can thrive in their relationship and careers.
