Lisa Sennhauser-Kelly, leveraged her leadership and life experiences into becoming an executive coach, with the goal to improve one corporate leader at a time.
I gained more than 30 years corporate experience in 3 continents – Australia, USA and Europe – with companies including Commonwealth Bank, KPMG, Black & Decker, and UBS. My last corporate role was as CFO of Equatex Global, a PE owned spinoff of UBS which grew rapidly prior to ultimate sale to ComputerShare.
Once I learned to be my authentic self, and not try to emulate others, I was successful. I was promoted to Executive Director then also Managing Director in UBS despite being from a different culture, being female, and juggling a young family. I have a passion for passing on my learnings to others who are also seeking to thrive and perform, professionally and personally. I also have a passion to learn, and in addition to learning from my coachees, and my original Chartered Accountancy and Swiss Finance Institute certifications, I am now proud to be an ICF accredited coach at PCC level, an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level and a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder Centred Coach.
Coaching Style
As a coach I am more of a facilitator, partnering with clients to inspire them to become self-aware, to grow, and to thrive; maximizing their professional as well as their personal potential. While my leadership experiences lend credibility to my coaching, I believe my main strength lies in my ability to laser in and pinpoint or identify triggers/drivers, and thus transform individuals and their organisations to facilitate growth.
