"Sian was an excellent support and valuable mentor to me as I returned to work after more than a decade outside of the work force. I have never sought help for my career before, and was just bowled over by the difference it makes to feel supported. Sian forced me to look at the long-term goals and shift from survival to planned attack. Without that shift I would not have been able to set, and achieve goals."Coachee, Major Law Firm
