Handover: Checklist

Handover: Checklist

In the few weeks before leave, you should firm up and start a formal handover plan. If you are working close to the due date of your baby, aim to complete your handover early in anticipation of any last-minute changes. The detail of the plan will differ with the amount of leave you are taking.

Use this checklist as a starting point or the bullet points to structure a practical conversation with your manager – or work on it together!
