Shifting the Needle: Episode 3 – Inclusion Nudges

Welcome to Episode 3 of Shifting the Needle, our new podcast presented by CEO & Master Executive Coach Geraldine Gallacher aimed at D&I professionals who are working towards a more sustainable and equitable future.

In this episode, Geraldine speaks with the founders of the global initiative called ‘Inclusion Nudges’, Tinna C. Nielsen and Lisa Kepinski to discuss how their methods help the brain to change its unconscious behaviour and close the intentions-actions gap by addressing the implicit norms in our cultures and systems. Inclusion Nudges are centred around making inclusion effortlessly executed as the norm, eliminating the need for convincing with rational arguments, threats, or punishments, nor requiring effortful, conscious thinking. Together, Geraldine, Tinna and Lisa explore these concepts and discuss how we can implement these into our daily work and lives.

Featuring the Founders of the Inclusion Nudges Global Initiative: Tinna C. Nielsen and Lisa Kepinski. For more information on the global initiative visit their website: https://inclusion-nudges.org/
