Robert is a long time campaigner for gender equality and is Vice Chair of European Women in Boards and a Trustee of UN Women UK. Robert is also part of men’s groups like the Healthy Masculinity Collective which explore the issues that men face and discuss how men can be better allies and partners for women and all underrepresented groups.
