Impactful coaching fosters sustainable change for the individual and transforms your business
Our global clients repeatedly describe our coaching as sharp and strategic with a pragmatic business focus. Coaching will help your people see themselves more clearly, and gain the insights they need to grow and develop.
But that’s not the whole story. We help them with the right balance of support and challenge to find their answers and the route to change. We are experts in neuroscience, including behavioural, and strategies for performance. That means it’s a long-term and sustainable transformation, and they will feel the benefit long after we have stopped working with them.
Getting the right coach for your leaders can be daunting, but we will help make it easier. Because we have been matching coaches to leaders for years, and we know what works. And our global and diverse team of coaches are the best; we carefully selected each one -all 90 plus of them.

Susan has been in Hong Kong for over 20 years, originally with Barclays Capital as Assistant Director in Operations & IT focusing on regional expansion and branch openings, and later moved to the consultancy firm Advisian focusing on the clients’ people/organisational challenges in Asia.
She began her career in the hospitality industry in UK, gaining valuable experience in building cohesive teams to improve customer satisfaction and revenues. Susan has applied her skill in the fields of coaching/training, and manpower projects for clients in a variety of industries in the private sector: banking and wealth management, legal, retail, hospitality, engineering & construction, Arts & Culture; plus the public sector of HK government divisions.
Coaching Style
Building on her own experience in change management across different sectors and regions Susan became a coach and facilitator in Leadership & Team Development in 2010. Susan’s perceptive and thought-provoking coaching style supports her clients to pivot in their thinking and behaviours in order to increase their personal development and create space for innovative thinking.
Susan’s own regional background within the context of global organisations and coaching enables her to assist both senior and rising leaders in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific with their own specific challenges, such as:
- Enhancing self-awareness of individuals and groups through coaching & facilitation to leverage their strengths daily rather than primarily focused on fixing weaknesses;
- Mastering the core competencies of global executives (including managing diverse and dispersed teams, communication, fostering collaboration and innovation, influencing stakeholders, recognizing cross-cultural expectations, and setting boundaries);
- Gaining personal career traction and developing executive presence;
- Adapting leadership style to meet new challenges and changing expectations;
- Managing in virtual teams with regional responsibilities.

What Our Clients Say
I was very happy with Susan who clearly has a lot of experience in this field. She was an attentive listener and had some very useful tips up her sleeve how to handle certain struggles/ situations I experienced at the workplace professionally.
What Our Clients Say
The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
I found my ECC coaching sessions incredibly valuable – for the unique and necessary space I was seeking as a sole proprietor to feel heard, understood and connected to a peer in business. My coaching experience provided a safe space where I could be the real me, and provided a relationship I could truly trust. Thank you ECC.
The team is a pleasure to work with, consistently bringing expert advice and guidance, energy and professionalism to the partnership.
Both from my personal experience of ECC’s approach, and from seeing the impact on our company I can particularly recommend their pragmatic approach and their insight into our collective and individual needs.
The coaches at ECC are commercial, pragmatic and highly focused. The coaching they provide on an individual basis has given valuable insight and helped our senior executives to gain greater perspective in terms of managing relationships, prioritising, strategic thinking, influencing and confidence.
