With over 30 years of experience in the Human Resources sector, Rosita has held senior leadership roles at prominent global firms such as Allianz Global Investors and Principal Finance Group. As the Head of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region of Allianz, she has a proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals, transforming human capital, and coaching senior leaders.
Rosita brings her extensive commercial experience and deep understanding of diverse cultures to her transformative coaching. She coaches in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Rosita is an active member of the Hong Kong ICF and also joins other senior coaches to train executive coaches.
