Before she founded her company in 2015, she worked as a global HR leader for 22 years across multiple sectors. She brings into her business personal experiences having lived in two very different countries and professional insights having worked with leaders all over the world on topics ranging from business transformation, organisation culture, diversity and leadership development.

Reena has an MBA in HR with expertise in Balance Scorecard, MBTI, Belbin, Employee Net Promoter and Appreciative enquiry. She is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach (ICF accredited), master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index assessments and a certified Energy Leadership coach (ICF accredited).
