Executive Coach
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Jane has been a business leader in consultancy for most of her career, on the executive boards of the UK’s leading branding agencies and most recently as Managing Partner of Conran Design Group. She has led global branding work for clients such as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, pwc, Coats plc, Shell and Procter & Gamble and was pivotal to the longevity of those relationships.
Jane’s expertise is born of those 20 years managing highly driven, creative businesses with responsibility for global corporate clients. She has a deep understanding of what it takes to be professionally effective through, for instance: the dynamics of managing and working within high-performing teams, the – often isolating – challenges of leadership, the development of gravitas and managerial ‘presence’, the need for persuasive and collaborative communication, the ability to think objectively and to find priorities within complex and highly-pressured environments.
Having been a working mother for many years, and a single parent for 10 of those, Jane understands very well the challenges facing senior women aiming for fulfilment in all they do. She also works with ECC as a Parental Transition Coach.
Jane works particularly well with people at board level, and directors or senior managers who are wanting to strengthen their effectiveness or are looking to step up to the next role.
Increasingly Jane is working with clients ready to transition into a new role, a new culture, a new set of expectations or a new life stage.
