Coaching Style
As a woman with a long career in professional services who received little or no formal coaching, Gaelle is keen to offer leaders – aspiring, established or in transition – the opportunity to engage in coaching to accelerate their development and growth with confidence. Her style is shaped by her inherent curiosity about people, their unique perspectives and team dynamics. She is naturally optimistic, preferring to work from strengths, unlocking blockages, and enabling awareness of underlying patterns or behaviours. She offers her clients the time and space to assess, reflect, test assumptions, and reframe challenges, in order to make assertive, positive choices.
Gaelle has an integrative and systemic coaching approach. She brings to the relationship a depth of business experience gained by working in a variety of roles – as a senior manager and P&L holder, as a seasoned consultant, and as an executive and non-executive Board member. She can tap into a rich and multi-disciplinary repertoire to support the coaching discussion as needed; such as profiling tools, 360 feedback, visualisation/visioning, strategy mapping, Scorecard, leadership assessments, cultural map, etc.
