Get in touchCoaching Style
Tiffany makes quick connections with people and her warm, empathetic style puts them at ease to open up and share how they are feeling. While she focuses on listening, Tiffany is often told she has a nice, direct assertive approach that tends to “cut through the noise,” challenging her clients by holding a mirror up to them using their own words. She tends to use a solution focused approach and get clients to focus on a couple of small actions which can make the biggest difference in their lives.
