Reena has an MBA in HR with expertise in Balance Scorecard, MBTI, Belbin, Employee Net Promoter and Appreciative enquiry. She is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach (ICF accredited), master practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index assessments and a certified Energy Leadership coach (ICF accredited).


Currently her clients are based out of UK, India, Africa, Europe and USA and are senior high performing executives from multi-national insurance companies, telecommunications, information technology, global health care, charitable organisations, as well as entrepreneurs in the SME sector.
