Special Interests

Helping people to manage change positively in their lives and careers is a particular interest. Getting into a resourceful state, gaining insights and using mindfulness to inform her coaching enables her clients to make wiser decisions and feel more motivated to take action to achieve success. She has also developed a deep expertise in supporting women to be successful at all stages of their careers and has run Returning Talent and Accelerate Programmes for World Pay, Allen & Overy and UBS.

Lisa is a mother of two and has had extensive experience in parental coaching for the last 10 years. She has worked with a wide range of clients doing 1:1 coaching with parents and managers to facilitate a smooth return.

Coaching Style

Lisa’s style is inquisitive and supportive. She likes to create a space for her clients to think out loud and understand what is important to them during their transition. She helps them prepare for some of the challenges they may face and how to manage their own expectations realistically so that they hit the ground running. Her strengths and expertise lie in her ability to build trust and confidence, to explore what’s beneath the surface and clarify ways for her clients to evolve. She is pragmatic, adapting her style to suit the circumstances.

Training & Qualifications

Lisa is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the Association for Coaching, an NLP Practitioner, and is BPS level A and B qualified to feedback on various psychometric tools e.g. 16PF, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence.
