Jessica started her career in Marketing Communications and developed into Brand Management leading diverse teams and managing large budgets within international media outlets. After starting a family, she trained as a coach as an effective way to use her commercial skills whilst helping to develop conscious leaders and parents in the workplace.

Jessica has an Economics degree and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. She has trained as a Professional Co-Active Coach and has a professional accreditation from the International Coach Federation.
