Frances has been working as an Accredited Executive and Career Coach for over 15 years. Prior to this she spent over 12 years in Business Development/Leadership Development at Clifford Chance and CMS. Frances coaches partners, associates and business professionals, many of whom are managing career and life transitions including parental transition and menopause. She uses her coaching expertise combined with an understanding of business development to enable high performers to successfully perform in a partnership environment, and to do so purposefully.
Through her work with over 400 individuals from City professional services organisations, in the UK and internationally, Frances sees the importance of supporting professionals at key transitional points to help them progress positively through change. Frances often supports clients to build a practice, step up to prepare for partnership/counsel promotion, build their leadership identity, develop confidence playing to their strengths – often whilst transitioning to parenthood.
