Over the past two-plus decades, Sonal has worked with Executives, Leaders and Entrepreneurs in India, US, and Europe and as CEO of non-profit, Maitri India. Through this experience Sonal believes that the sharpest and brightest minds don’t know their strengths and that being clear about your strengths and being deliberate in playing to them, is a major contributing factor to thriving both at work and in life.

Sonal’s ambit of experience and coach training has given her a vast range of approaches and tools to bring to her coaching practice. She is an astute judge of what style and tools the client needs in a particular situation. Sonal brings a powerful combination of compassion and insight, helping her clients to have a fresh perspective.
She enjoys those coaching moments when someone starts to see patterns of behavior and to understand how these might be contributing to successes and disappointments. She likes to work with clients who are at a point in their careers when choices or decisions need to be made.
