Before becoming a coach, Sascha built her career in financial services, working closely with senior executives and leadership teams in global organisations. Having held senior roles at Blackstone and Marsh, she has first-hand experience of the pace, complexity and expectations that shape careers in financial and professional services. Her commercial background enables her to quickly understand organisational context, stakeholder dynamics and the pressures that come with leading in demanding environments. Sascha holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College. She is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme and is certified in a range of psychometric assessments, including Hogan Inventories™, DISC® and MBTI. She also regularly uses interview-based 360 feedback within her coaching engagements.
