Impactful coaching fosters sustainable change for the individual and transforms your business
Our global clients repeatedly describe our coaching as sharp and strategic with a pragmatic business focus. Coaching will help your people see themselves more clearly, and gain the insights they need to grow and develop.
But that’s not the whole story. We help them with the right balance of support and challenge to find their answers and the route to change. We are experts in neuroscience, including behavioural, and strategies for performance. That means it’s a long-term and sustainable transformation, and they will feel the benefit long after we have stopped working with them.
Getting the right coach for your leaders can be daunting, but we will help make it easier. Because we have been matching coaches to leaders for years, and we know what works. And our global and diverse team of coaches are the best; we carefully selected each one -all 90 plus of them.

Sascha Proudlove
Executive Coach
A former financial services professional, Sascha helps her clients create meaningful change in their lives, careers, and organizations. With over 16 years of experience as an executive, she understands the extraordinary challenge of navigating a successful career in today’s increasingly “VUCA” (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) global climate. Coaching can have its most powerful transformational effects during times of change and transition. Sascha helps her clients make an invaluable investment in themselves by taking time to do their best thinking. Like the clients she works with, Sascha is committed to continuous learning and a willingness to experiment with pushing yourself to the edge of your capabilities. Her approach is to celebrate success and to “fail well,” or learn from intelligent failure. Sascha knows that self-awareness is essential for peak performance and she helps her clients leverage their inherent talents to enhance their true sense of potential. The result is an increased sense of motivation and focus on doing work that matters. Clients say that I provide a safe, yet challenging space for them to invest time in their most effective thinking around envisioning a bolder future, developing clarity about their strengths, communicating their value, and identifying and mitigating derailing behaviours that may hold them back.
Sascha began her career in New York at Marsh Inc., providing insurance advisory solutions in the Private Equity and M&A Services Group. After completing her MBA at Columbia Business School in 2003, Sascha moved to London and worked at The Blackstone Group until 2011. As a Vice President of Blackstone’s Hedge Fund Solutions Group, she managed institutional relationships and worked on over $4B of business development initiatives. She also worked on Blackstone’s European Marketing Team to raise capital for their sixth flagship private equity fund, BCP VI. Sascha graduated from the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme in 2011 and shortly thereafter returned to the greater New York City area where she began her professional executive coaching practice.
Coaching Style
A customized approach is taken with each engagement to address both individual and organizational context. Sascha builds deep partnerships with her clients founded on confidentiality, integrity, and empathy. Sascha’s coaching style is based on a non-directive approach, meaning that she helps clients draw out their own wisdom and create goals aligned with their own intrinsic values, skills, and interests. What Our Clients Say
Sascha is a great listener. She provided wonderful advice on struggles professionals at my level are having, but did a great job of understanding my individual situation and tailoring advice in the short amount of time we had. Wish I could meet with her regularly.
What Our Clients Say
The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
I found my ECC coaching sessions incredibly valuable – for the unique and necessary space I was seeking as a sole proprietor to feel heard, understood and connected to a peer in business. My coaching experience provided a safe space where I could be the real me, and provided a relationship I could truly trust. Thank you ECC.
The team is a pleasure to work with, consistently bringing expert advice and guidance, energy and professionalism to the partnership.
Both from my personal experience of ECC’s approach, and from seeing the impact on our company I can particularly recommend their pragmatic approach and their insight into our collective and individual needs.
The coaches at ECC are commercial, pragmatic and highly focused. The coaching they provide on an individual basis has given valuable insight and helped our senior executives to gain greater perspective in terms of managing relationships, prioritising, strategic thinking, influencing and confidence.
