What Our Clients Say
Jo is a very nurturing coach who structures her sessions in a collaborative way to work with you to find answers and a plan for your professional growth. As a new CEO, we had a number of sessions to run through my role, the challenges I was facing as well as the priorities for the business. We then worked through each one with the objective of building on my strengths and improving. I will continue to work with Jo and would recommend her to anyone looking for career growth guidance.
I was introduced to Jo through a mutual friend and we have now had several sessions together. Jo is very personable yet professional and I felt like I already knew her as soon as we started talking. I think her warm style really breaks through any inhibitions that may linger when beginning work with a new coach. Our discussions were objective and Jo has the ability to cut to the key drivers, especially when I went off on tangents. She kept notes and referred back to previous points when relevant and help clarify my own thinking, which has caused me to take specific actions as part of my career development.I can’t recommend Jo highly enough as a coach.
Jo is a very talented coach. Her approach is authentic, practical, and insightful. Our work together has made me more self-aware and confident, given me greater clarity and a stronger connection to my purpose. Jo’s questions and insight supported me and kept me moving forward towards my goals. The insights that I had coming out of my work with Jo were profound, and really gave me a better sense of where I am at this point and where I want to go. I always left our conversations feeling fulfilled and energised for what’s to come. It surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend Jo and her coaching, she is a great resource to have in your corner.
What Our Clients Say
The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
I found my ECC coaching sessions incredibly valuable – for the unique and necessary space I was seeking as a sole proprietor to feel heard, understood and connected to a peer in business. My coaching experience provided a safe space where I could be the real me, and provided a relationship I could truly trust. Thank you ECC.
The team is a pleasure to work with, consistently bringing expert advice and guidance, energy and professionalism to the partnership.
Both from my personal experience of ECC’s approach, and from seeing the impact on our company I can particularly recommend their pragmatic approach and their insight into our collective and individual needs.
The coaches at ECC are commercial, pragmatic and highly focused. The coaching they provide on an individual basis has given valuable insight and helped our senior executives to gain greater perspective in terms of managing relationships, prioritising, strategic thinking, influencing and confidence.
