Jacqueline Chadwick

Executive Coach

Jacqueline Chadwick works with CEOs, Boards and senior leadership teams in high-accountability environments where performance depends on more than strategy alone.

Country: United Kingdom

Sector experience: Financial services and insurance.

Background & Experience

Jacqui began her career at Investec, where she worked in its Organisation Development function, partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams across the bank and with select clients. She later led Investec’s leadership development offering, designing and delivering programmes for senior leaders operating in fast-paced, high-pressure commercial contexts. This early experience gave her direct exposure to leadership inside a performance-driven environment and continues to shape the practical, business-focused lens she brings to her work.

A significant part of Jacqui’s work has been in private equity-backed environments, where leadership teams are expected to deliver results within compressed timeframes while scaling, transforming or preparing for exit.

Who Jacqui Works With

Jacqui works with leaders at pivotal moments: stepping into broader roles, leading through growth or change, or managing greater scale, visibility and complexity. Jacqui’s strength is helping clients to strengthen leadership presence, sharpen judgement and improve how they influence others at senior level. Jacqui is particularly experienced in team coaching focusing on team dynamics that sit below the surface of performance, the patterns of behaviour, trust and relationships that can either support execution or quietly get in the way.

Coaching Style

Jacqui works with CEOs, Boards and senior leadership teams in high-accountability environments where performance depends on more than strategy alone. With more than 20 years of experience in organisational psychology, executive coaching and organisation development, she helps leaders strengthen the judgement, influence and team dynamics that drive results in complex organisations, particularly in financial services and private equity-backed businesses.

Clients

Jacqui works with senior leaders across financial services, legal, cybersecurity, retail, real estate, data and business intelligence, and the creative industries. Recent clients include senior leaders at Deutsche Bank, Moody’s, Space NK, ISAM Helix, Institutional Investor, Cyera and the executive leadership team at Altrata.

Qualifications & Credentials

Jacqui is accredited as a Professional Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching (AC), a Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is certified in Hogan and trained in Systemic Team Coaching (AoEC), Transactional Analysis and Analytic-Network Coaching. Her qualifications include a BA in Psychology, an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology (cum laude), and a postgraduate certificate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy.

Both from my personal experience of ECC's approach, and from seeing the impact on our company I can particularly recommend their pragmatic approach and their insight into our collective and individual needs.
Executive Senior Leader
The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
