Impactful coaching fosters sustainable change for the individual and transforms your business
Our global clients repeatedly describe our coaching as sharp and strategic with a pragmatic business focus. Coaching will help your people see themselves more clearly, and gain the insights they need to grow and develop.
But that’s not the whole story. We help them with the right balance of support and challenge to find their answers and the route to change. We are experts in neuroscience, including behavioural, and strategies for performance. That means it’s a long-term and sustainable transformation, and they will feel the benefit long after we have stopped working with them.
Getting the right coach for your leaders can be daunting, but we will help make it easier. Because we have been matching coaches to leaders for years, and we know what works. And our global and diverse team of coaches are the best; we carefully selected each one -all 90 plus of them.

Claudia Filsinger
Executive Coach
Claudia specialises in working with executives with regional or international responsibilities. Having worked with virtual teams in fast-paced environments in her own corporate career in IT, she deepened her understanding of the complexities of remote management through research and lecturing in this field. Her in-depth exploration of the issues and best practices of working across geographies and cultures using virtual technologies enables her to effectively support clients working in highly dynamic global contexts. She coaches to native speaker standard in English and German and has experience of coaching individual clients, groups and teams from a large range of countries and organisations. Her portfolio has included lecturing in business and coaching at Oxford Brookes Business School and she has extensive experience in training and supervising coaches.
Coaching Style
Claudia uses a systemic approach and creates a reflective environment that enables clients to clarify issues, create solutions and achieve goals while considering their organizational and wider external context. The focus of the coaching is on increasing clients’ self-awareness through identifying strengths, values, and influence of other factors such as cultural background, and adopting perspectives that create clarity of the organisational and wider systemic context. This is achieved through working in partnership with the client to develop clients’ capacity to manage transitions, challenges and opportunities successfully. Clients often report that the coaching has increased their capacity for reflection and self-coaching and describe the coaching as practical, insightful and creative.

What Our Clients Say
Claudia's style is very engaging and the way she coaches / asking open questions makes you think deeply about the topic and thus - creates an engaging, useful conversation which generates some good key learning points / practical tips to take away.
I found my sessions with Claudia really beneficial. Not only was I able to share thoughts and feelings with her that may have been difficult to share with colleagues, but I also gained valuable insights into my own drivers and career goals. The session always left me feeling energised and positive about the future.
What Our Clients Say
The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions.
I found my ECC coaching sessions incredibly valuable – for the unique and necessary space I was seeking as a sole proprietor to feel heard, understood and connected to a peer in business. My coaching experience provided a safe space where I could be the real me, and provided a relationship I could truly trust. Thank you ECC.
The team is a pleasure to work with, consistently bringing expert advice and guidance, energy and professionalism to the partnership.
Both from my personal experience of ECC’s approach, and from seeing the impact on our company I can particularly recommend their pragmatic approach and their insight into our collective and individual needs.
The coaches at ECC are commercial, pragmatic and highly focused. The coaching they provide on an individual basis has given valuable insight and helped our senior executives to gain greater perspective in terms of managing relationships, prioritising, strategic thinking, influencing and confidence.
