Most of us today need help to survive (and thrive on) the bumps and setbacks that are inevitable in our lives. This seminar helps you to consider building your personal resilience, helping you to bounce back quickly, better and stronger, from the tough experiences we are faced with. We will look at self monitoring, mental conditioning and use the neuroscience to understand and make use of the resources we naturally have. We’ll share techniques both to calm and to energise, to help you to manage yourself in the moment and pro-actively build your resilience for the long term.
