Why ECC?
As a leader in the field of coaching, we are passionate about helping people ‘thrive’ in changing and challenging times. Our extensive research and experience of working with parents, leaders and managers in the workplace, helps us to provide the tools and space for individuals to equip themselves with ‘self-management tools’ and ‘empowering thinking’. All ECC coaches are accredited and follow the ECC code of practice which includes regular supervision and CPD.
This will be delivered as part of our not-for-profit the ‘Good Business Initiative’ (GBI) which works with organisations to help them enhance the positive impact that they have on society.
