Kerrith gained extensive business experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in both management consultancy and the audit practice, in a range of HR roles. Having spent over 15 years working on projects focusing on organisational and behavioural change, she transitioned into consultancy in 2000.

Training and Qualifications
Kerrith is an accredited ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor with a Diploma in Performance Coaching and an INLPTA NLP Diploma. She is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and a lead trainer in Career Coaching.
Specialist sector knowledge includes professional and financial services, including legal and accountancy, and manufacturing.
