Jessica started her career in marketing, working for international media and publishing organisations including Dorling Kindersley, Egmont Publishing and Hasbro managing large budgets and diverse teams. After starting a family, she trained as a coach to help women like her navigate sustaining a fulfilling career whilst caring for a family. Jessica firmly believes that it is possible to do both with the right support and with open and honest communication.
She is warm and energetic and puts the clients needs at the forefront, always creating a productive environment for development. She uses her unique combination of coaching skills and tools alongside her empathy, corporate experience and business acumen to help clients to navigate major career transition and, to communicate their goals and needs in the most productive way.
Jessica is passionate about helping individuals develop effective communication skills to enable them to clarify their goals and take action to achieve them. She has a particular interest in parental transition coaching and career development and passionately supports parents as they navigate the process of balancing their career aspirations with family life.
Training and Qualifications
Jessica has an Economics degree and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. She has trained as a Professional Co-Active Coach and has a professional accreditation from the International Coach Federation.
