Prior to joining ECC Clare spent 10 years working as a commercial real estate associate at SJ Berwin, focusing on high profile development projects, building and maintaining client relationships for a broad range of property investors.
Clare builds rapport quickly with her warm, reflective, highly supportive approach. Her deployment of challenge together with an emphasis on action enables individuals to examine their values, push their own boundaries of their capabilities of “self” and makes for a results-driven coaching programme.
Clare’s experience as a working mother in a very competitive environment means she brings a real insight into the pressures, issues and environment experienced by professional women in this forum, coupled with a real passion for the power of parental transition coaching. Instinctively people are aware on some level when change is needed and her rigorous approach strives to ensure individuals understand the change that they are seeking and to support them to find the synergy they are looking for whilst remaining true to their values.

“Clare was able to help me to identify a course of actions and strategy to allow me to focus on what I want to achieve and how I should get there. Aside from her skill as a coach, Clare is also a considered and considerate person, pushing where needed to get you out of your comfort zone. It was a genuine pleasure working with her.” Legal Director
