Inclusivity, Dealing in Uncertainty, Staying Connected
Welcome to our Spring issue of Coaching Comment. As many of you will be experiencing, we had a plan (for this issue) and then it completely changed. We wanted to bring you an issue that might help you make sense of what you are going through right now. So, we’ve canvassed our coach team, well-versed in helping people deal with the emotional and psychological impact of change, for their perspectives and learnings.
I share what I have discovered so far from virtual working about myself, my team and the surprising opportunity arising to build my own empathy muscle. Debbie Moore provides three key questions she has learnt from great leaders to help them deal better with challenging times.
Our global coach team share their invaluable (and recently learnt) tips on how to find a remote working style that suits.
Roxanne Hobbs shares how reflection enabled her to shift from fear to possibility.
Michelle Weston explains why drawing on our emotional experience, is vital if we are to learn from the current crisis.
I hope you find something of interest and support at this challenging time.
We wish you all the best for the coming weeks.
