She is committed to helping individuals proactively manage their own career development; her particular interest is in developing leaders and leadership skills. She is also committed to supporting parents as they navigate the process of balancing career aspirations and family life.

Jessica has an Economics degree and a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. She has trained as a Professional Co-Active Coach and has a professional accreditation from the International Coach Federation.
