Hannah’s style is warm and supportive, and grounded in positive psychology. Her overall aim is to help people to a place where they can flourish and thrive, where they can reanimate their ambition and align their values with those of their organisation, so bringing benefit to both. She believes that people are capable of profound development and change when that comes from a place of enhanced self-awareness combined with positive aspiration. She creates a safe environment in which robust challenge is possible.

"The six sessions I had with my ECC Coach changed my perspective of coaching. I was initially uncertain (and possibly sceptical) about the benefits of coaching but my coach read me very well and knew when to coax a response out from me by being encouraging and when to firmly push me to see the benefits of reframing some of my previously held positions."Head of Legal, International Property Group
