Gill left a 13-year corporate career in financial services, to follow her passion of executive coaching. Her many years spent as a communications executive in a high-pressure global corporate environment, has fed her passion for building leaders who can navigate the corporate space with more self-awareness and robust leadership skills.

Having had both her daughters while working a demanding global role, she understands the risks faced by organisations at this time and the choices women make.
