Catherine has over 20 years of experience in banking and management consulting, and she has been an executive coach since 2013.
Catherine appreciates what it takes to perform well in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, having spent much of her professional life as an M&A banker at Citigroup. At the peak of her management consulting career in KPMG, she served as the people leader for a 100-person, client-facing advisory practice. This experience honed her ability to bring out the best in her firm’s talent, and reinforced her passion for executive coaching, a calling to which she soon after fully devoted herself.
Catherine has worked for extended periods in North America, Europe and Asia. She has been based in Singapore with her young family since 2018.Get in touch
Catherine enjoys unlocking the potential of executives for their own and their organisations’ lasting benefit. She is particularly interested in accompanying her clients through periods of transition, helping them to let go of what has been and move ahead leading authentically and effectively.
Catherine’s strong belief in people’s unlimited potential creates a space where her clients can think outside the box, while drawing on own leadership experience helps her challenge her clients to be realistic as well.

She has a deep understanding of both partnerships and large listed companies. Catherine also brings a particular appreciation for the pressures of deal-making environments, having worked in that space herself for many years.
