Aboodi’s coaching style is profoundly influenced by his personal history and by his educational background in philosophy.
Born in London of Iraqi Jewish and Lebanese Christian parents, and with a degree in philosophy and politics, he has a sensitive antenna for different perspectives and cultures, and a deep curiosity and understanding about people and what makes them tick.
Aboodi continues to bring this “outsider’s” view-point to his work today, challenging the status quo to bring new perspectives and transformational thinking to his clients.
His clients value his honesty and his warm yet challenging style, and his capacity to get to the heart of the matter quickly and sensitively, helping individuals and teams to achieve profound and sustainable change.

“Aboodi is very organized and methodic in his coaching work and has helped me to deal with the most challenging issues I was facing at that point in time. While we have been doing most of our work over Skype, I obtained even more through our coaching walks around London, where I could appreciate all his listening skills and compassion. Thank you very much Aboodi for all your support.”MS, Senior Manager – EY
“Aboodi is an exceptional listener. Throughout our work together he was really good at picking out what was significant from I was saying – and sometimes not saying. Our work together was incredibly useful to helping me successfully transition into a new role (and city) with my organization.”DH, Senior Advisor – global NGO
“I can highly recommend Aboodi’s expertise in the coaching and training fields. I have worked with him in a course for future leaders. He tailored the course to our needs very easily and the result was exactly what was expected. His multicultural approach was as well an asset. The course was given in a very friendly atmosphere and each participant could take what he/she needed to develop his/her skills.”MA, Head of Training – ICRC
